Relax by the piano, grill and dine on the patio, or unwind in the fully fenced yard under the trees with ocean glimpses. Deception Pass, beaches, farms, and trails are only a quick drive away.
The home features a quiet garden setting, blazing-fast gigabit Wi-Fi, a Tesla/EV charger, and parking for four vehicles plus additional street parking. Inside, enjoy a 60” 4K TV, a classical piano, a fully equipped kitchen, and a Japanese soaking tub for a unique bath experience. Kid-friendly amenities and toys make it perfect for multi-family stays.
The layout includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor patio. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 includes two double beds, with room for one more guest on the couch. Enjoy exclusive access to the upper unit and yard, with only the EV charger shared with the lower unit. Summer stays include hot-tub access (May–Aug), and guests may also enjoy a private beach nearby.

To respect our neighbors` peace and quiet, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We strive to provide the most comfortable, clean, and well-maintained rental home for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation.
3.【No Smoking】
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the house. If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged.
4.【No Shoes】
We kindly request that you remove your shoes when entering the house to help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment. You are more than welcome to bring your slippers! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
5.【Self-Catering】
Please note that this is a self-catering home, and we will provide an initial starter supply, such as toilet paper, paper towel, etc. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
6.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever we can but availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis – usually 1 day prior to your check-in date. Additional fee might apply.
7.【Late check-out】
We’ll also be happy to offer late check-out when it is possible but the availability will depend on whether we have same day turn-over that day. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late check-out requests made on your check-out date. We will need at least 1 day notice to coordinate the late check-out with our cleaning teams.
