Features both a separate living room and family room, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and as a bonus has a screened-in porch to enjoy your morning coffee! This lovely home also has a large front and back yard, as well as a separate driveway. As another bonus, it comes with two cars for additional rental! Great for families. Sorry, no pets allowed. We have had many satisfied, repeat visitors!

This home was perfect size for 5 women. Although not enough closet space to hang dresses. We were close enough to either walk or take Uber. The screened in back porch is heavenly. The kitchen was perfect size and well appointed with all needed to cook.

Perfect Getaway

Vacation at this location was perfect. Home away from home. Easy access to main attractions (Circuit Avenue) in Oak Bluffs and just minutes from Ferry. Highly recommend.

The stay was booked last minute for a family celebration of life and the options I had were very limited. I chose this place based on reviews of the three I was considering and the deciding factor was that this property was owned by an individual that could be reached if there were any issues vs the other 2 properties reported issues and couldn't reach the owners. Todd was great with responsiveness. My feedback is the place was fine but a little overpriced for the condition and a couple small issues (not anything to make a big deal of) compared to other properties my other family members booked that we visited them and they were slightly less money but were booked earlier than I did. They were a bit more updated and in better condition. If you are considering this place I would say book it just wanted to be honest.
