Pretty close to the steamship authority ferry point Within walking distance if desired which also gives you a chance to observe other inspirational properties in that area Continental breakfast was very enjoyable etc

Very cute boutique hotel within easy waking distance to town. Enjoyed the veranda with its rocking chairs and porch swing, as well as the afternoon chocolate chip cookies.

The room was so cute, the breakfast has lots of choices, the afternoon cookies are delicious. We even had live music in the welcome room with wine and snacks. It’s a lovely boutique hotel, walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs and the ferry terminal. It’s ideal, would stay again !

I'm writing another (duplicate) review since my stay was spilt up. Staff was super helpful and friendly, you cannot BEAT the location (one block to Pequot beach and 5 blocks to Circuit Ave), the continental breakfast was above and beyond (quiche bites and waffles? yes please) price was manageable, the rooms were super clean, you got your privacy if you want it and if you don't, they have events. Lovely place, would definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room wasn’t as clean as expected but I didn’t feel like it was just dirty. Pretty pricey for a room with 3 twin beds and small bathroom. But I think that’s the going price of lodging on Martha’s Vineyard.

The place is beautiful and a perfect location. Parking was a breeze. A very short walk to the beach and breakfast was fresh and plenty. The room was sufficient and beautifully decorated. It didn’t matter the size of the room because you spend all your time outside. The staff was very helpful and very kind. I certainly will be back.

What a charming stay! Breakfast was great, lots of options. I went with my sister and stayed in a room with 3 twin beds. Beds were super comfortable and bedding and pillows were excellent quality. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Wine night in the lobby with music and cheese and crackers was fabulous. Lots of porch seating. Wonderfully convenient location. Would stay again.
