Ideally located spacious holiday house (up to 3
bedrooms, up to 2 bathrooms, depending on the amount of guests) in provençal style, very peaceful, several terraces both in sun and shadow, situated at ca 600m of the centre of the village Nyons (Drôme provençale). The large private garden with private heated swimming pool (with aqua bike !) is ideally oriented South/South West (pool season: May-> September).

Nevertheless, freshness in the summer in the bedrooms (each equipped with 2 90x200 beds) is guaranteed thanks to the way it has been constructed. All comfort: eg. partial climatisation (in tower bedroom, studio/seating area yellow bedroom), WIFI, barbecue (gas and charcoal), plancha, dishwasher, kitchen aid, iron board, washing machine, toys, books, DVDs,... A bakery selling delicious croissants and french baguettes as well as a grocery shop is situated at 300m.
For your baby we have a travel bed (with extra mattress), a pram, high chair, changing mat and baby bath available for free.
There is no need to use the car to go out e.g. in the evening. Fully equipped to spend holidays as a family with (small) kids and adolescents (board games, toys, dvd, books, free WIFI...) or as a group of adults (friends) (books, dvd, kitchen appliances,...). Just pack your clothes and bathing suit and we can take care of the rest :-) (please enquire if you would like to have towels available too).
