Little corner of paradise for this villa ideally located in the middle of a large landscaped plot of 2700m2 sheltered from the Mistral.
Its location combines calm and proximity to the city.
It is particularly pleasant to live in because of its refined decoration, its sunny terrace and its swimming pool suitable for all ages.
Sunshine guaranteed, that's why Nyons is also called little Nice.
Given the usual cool nights we have not installed air conditioning.

A charming property, nestled in the tranquil foot-hills above Nyons. The house and pool are fantastic and provided us with an incredibly relaxing base for a holiday. The property itself has pretty much everything you'll need and manages to stay cool through the day. We initially thought that the walk into town might be too long but in fact it took under 15 minutes (shaded by trees most of the way).Nyons has become one of our favourite towns in the south of France. It's full of beautiful medieval character, friendly and unspoilt. It also has two amazing markets a week.The only downside I can think of were the mosquitos in the evening. But these come with any hot region and I'm sure anyone venturing to this part of the world will be prepared.We will be back, I'm quite sure. It was a fabulous place to be!

Fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een toplocatie. Op loopafstand van Nyons. Fijne keuken. Er zijn geen vaste airco's, maar verplaatsbare 'ventilatoren' die koude lucht blazen.Het zwembad is heerlijk, ruim en makkelijk schoon te houden.

Everything you need was there. Clean beautiful setting , ... Unfortunately a lot of mosquitoes and the dyson airco are very good windblowers but not true airco. We were warned. But overall sufficient for a very good sleep.

Probleme de bruit

Belle maison bien équipée. Jolie terrrasse avec meubles exterieurs de qualité. Malheureusement en raison d'un probleme technique la pompe de la piscine devait tourner en permance. Il s'agit d'un vieux modÚle de piscine avec le moteur intégré tres bruyant qui nous enpechait de profiter des exterieurs dans des conditions agreables.

Maison calme au milieu de la verdure au dessus de nyons

Maison agrĂ©able dans un quartier calme . 30 mn Ă  pied du centre de nyons par une route au fort dĂ©nivelĂ© . Excellente literie et electromenager. Toutefois ill serait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable d’avoir la piscine qui puisse s’éclairer ainsi que le boulodrome et la partie barbecue. Dommage de s’éclairer avec nos tĂ©lĂ©phones

Charmante villa

Charmante villa Ă  Nyons. Nous y avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances oĂč tout Ă©tait fait pour s'y sentir comme chez soi. L'emplacement est idĂ©al trĂšs proche du centre ville de Nyons, balades Ă  pieds Ă  proximitĂ©s, pas de vis Ă  vis, trĂšs belle vue sur la montagne et le couchĂ© du soleil, localisation trĂšs calme et agrĂ©able. La maison est trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il manquait peut-ĂȘtre juste un peu de place dans la cuisine pour le rangement des courses. Villa que je recommanderais sans hĂ©siter. La cerise sur le gĂąteau serait un petit terrain de pĂ©tanque sur la propriĂ©tĂ© 😉 Merci encore pour le chaleureux acceuil de Mme Diatchenko!

Maison agrĂ©able, au calme. Avons rencontrĂ© deux problĂšmes. L'absence de drap pour le convertible ce qui ne nous avait pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cisĂ©. Nous avons donc dĂ» en acheter. Et puis, l'absence de systĂšme de sĂ©curitĂ© pour la piscine ce qui avec un enfant en bas Ăąge est terriblement gĂȘnant et angoissant.

Die Lage, Ausstattung, Zustand, Sauberkeit hervorragend.

UneingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen. Ideal um Nyons zu Fuß zu entdecken und viele Wanderungen direkt ab Unterkunft zu unternehmen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, wird fĂŒrsorglich und professionell betreut, hat eine ruhige Lage und einen uneinsichtigen Privatgarten mit gepflegtem Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Nyons Aout 2020

Nous avons passé une semaine fin juillet 2020. Maison trÚs fraiche et arborée située sur les hauteurs de Nyons donc avec un air frais le soir. A moins de 1km du centre ville, possibilié de laisser la voiture trÚs proche du pont roman. Piscine agréable, il manque juste une tonnelle plus ombragée .
