In the heart of the Drôme Provençale, on the hills above Nyons (2 km from downtown). “L’Oliveraie” is a charming, tastefully renovated 3-bedroom house. A shared swimming pool (10x5m) accessible only to residents of the property. A garden, a terrace, and private parking. A locked bike storage room. Each bedroom has a closet. A new, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, and electric stovetop. Living room, TV lounge with open kitchen. A veranda serving as a reading room with a view of the gardens.
A washing machine, a living room with TV and Internet, an Italian-style shower room, and one separate toilet per floor.
In July and August, rentals are available by the week only.
Rental management handled by a private individual.
