On a road accessed only by local traffic.it offers a "cottage feel" inside with modern comforts like air conditioning, a Nespresso machine, free WI-FI and a wood-fired heater for cosy winter nights. A portable cot and highchair are available on request. Direct water access: Simply walk out the front gate and follow a private track directly down to a secluded small beach on the river. It's one of the rare spots in the area such easy private access for swimming, fishing, or launching a kayak. Nature & wildlife are a feature on the property. All water is harvested from the sky-and sits on land with history dating back to1850s, complete with established fruit trees from an old orchard. You can expect to see diverse birdlife and may even spot a platypus in the river. You can star gaze of a night next to the outside fire.
