Very disappointing stay, lucky it was just one night. Weird place, non existent service, their focus seemed to only be conferences and not their guests. Old, and tired hotel with and a building site. Only positive was the view from the room.

We loved the fact the hotel was next to a lovely and clean stretch of beach. Lovely to paddle and swim in for families. Sauna facilities were not bad, even if it was a bit basic. The grounds were quiet, green and peaceful to relax in. The summer buffet offered a lovely selection of hot and cold dishes. Breakfast was perfunctory.

Came here to sleep from 23.00 and then continue my trip at 08.30. The rooms are so bad isolated and we got some neighbours who were up all night drinking, screaming and slamming doors. From 01 until 03.30. No one seemed to tell them to shut up wich are worrying when you have staff woriking all night. Probably because the whole conutry has a drinking problem. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

Great free breakfast spread. Free bike rentals as well. The use of the spa for free was also great. Maybe this is common in Denmark, but nobody told us we had to bring our own towels down. There are none in there. The cleanliness was not as good as I had wanted. You could tell the room was rush cleaned. Especially the bathroom. But it wasn’t so gross that I asked to switch rooms. Just not sparkling as other hotels we started at during this trip.
The free bike rentals we took advantage of and rode up and down the coast right across from the hotel.

Too busy with conferences

Had an overnight stay at this hotel with family of 4. Booked a last minute room (90 minutes upfront). Room was not prepared and in fact not the one requested (asked bunk bed, got sleep couch). So I had to go ask for additional pillows, blankets, etc. After 30 min, an extra bed, pillows and covers arrived. But too small for my kids. Given it was already quite late by now, we got creative and made do with what we had. Sleeping couch was very very uncomfortable, did not get much sleep at all. Overall room was basic, ok on first glance, but not really very clean. Dust, spiderwebs. Bedding was anti-allergic, but i doubt the sleeping couch was. At least, that was what my sinuses told me. Breakfast was good, you can sit outside with view on beach but … very busy road. Spa is open to children only after 11am. Overall, stay was mediocre. We stayed at the signature hotel down the road a few years earlier and that was so much better!. There were a few major conferences the next day, sobinam guessing that was the reason the room was not prepared. Still not an excuse. Would not stay here again. Children (6) were also very disappointed .

Generelt så har jeg været utrolig glad for at bruge overnatningsstedet. Gode værelser, god seng og dejligt spa område. Morgenmaden er også god. Det har været kun den ene gang jeg har oplevet det, men der var virkelig ikke gjort ordentlig rent på værelset. Der lå papir inde på værelset smidt på gulvet. Hår overalt på bådeværelset og aftryk fra beskidte fingrer på væggene. Det er et enkelt tilfælde og jeg ankom meget sent og kun for en nat - men skal dog nævnes.
