Shower didn't work. Place was alright. Good wifi. Property a little scuffed. Decent experience mainly due to being near palisades. Other than that would not suggest unless highly needed.

Air conditioner stopped working at 2 am in the middle of my sleep. Tried my best to continue sleeping but couldn't. When I informed night receptionist, he was curt, even rude, no apologies for interrupting my sleep. Previously the day receptionist gave me a room where the TV had no cable, only analog with 7 blurry channels until I requested a different room. I will never stay at Tappan Zee hotel again.
