I found couple of lengthy hair on my pillow when checking in. I asked for another room which also had hair. The staff checked out the previous room and hasn't identified the problem. I pointed to the problem. She brought a new pillow case, then folded the previous one neatly, used a roller to clean it so she can use it for another room. She ignored the second room which had the same problem. So I assume it's a institutional attitude problem.
The breakfast had only boiled eggs but they were so raw that you can't even use the spoon to eat it (transparent).
