The resort is in well maintained grounds with large swimming pools next to the beach. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of good quality food at the breakfast buffet. The gym was reasonably well equipped.

Excellent property! Fantastic food and drink, really well maintained and spacious! The gardens and greenery is totally perfect. We had an amazing stay at the Laguna Resort and Spa. We could not rate this Resort any higher! The service was of the highest standard and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Resort is modern, spotless and the food amazing, especially the buffet breakfast and dinners in the Banyubiru restaurant. Its in a beautiful, quite spot outside of the hustle and bustle of the other parts of Bali, however Nusa Dua is some distance to other areas so getting around can take some time due to traffic congestion. Either way we will be coming back!

The service staff were so courteous and polite, and very accommodating for all of our needs. The buffet breakfast was out of this world. This was one of our most memorable stays.

Excellent resort. Surrounded by lagoons, which we had access to out of our back door. Outstanding!! Highly maintained property. Great staff that addresses all your needs and excursions. Excellent restaurants. Very relaxed and chill. Indonesia fire shows were excellent as well. The best of the resorts on the southern tip. Highly recommend this resort.
