It was a pleasurable experience we loved every bit of it. Was not crowded and the service from staff was impecable! We would definitely come back. Convenient free shuttle service hourly to beach club and Bali collection . Stress free stay with great fitness center .

Poor Choice for Relaxing and not best location.

Poor choice to relax - more lie a holiday club and poorly laid out campus - dangerous walkways when wet/ windy. And many paths not lit properly. Reception understaffed and overall disappointed

I like the cleanliness and service. When we first reach , i was amazed how they kept the hotel room clean. It looked very stunning! I would definitely recommend this hotel to you as they also have great food. Services were amazing! One of the staff's name from the hotel restaurant BackStage, was Ramon, he was very kind to us and responsive. He went the extra mile and talked to us. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and we would like the hotel to commend Ramon for his good work.

Were very dissapointed on a few things. 1) there was a LOUD wedding going on which we only recieved a late notice of. It was so loud we could not sleep or hear the tv. When we complained we recieved a voucher for a free dinner,which turned out to exclude a number of meals..very average. 2) the guest service item on the internet regarding account did not work. We wrre informed on checkout it never worked. Poor as we could not see our ongoing spending. 3) no information was to be found on the hotel either in hard form or the internet. Extremely poor as we had to "wing things" to discover anything.

Terrible management, staff & services specially at front desk very rude. Greedy staff trying to sell vacation packages on 1st day of visit. They also gang up with local scammers & fraudsters who scam for food, car, taxi, gifts, activities.
