Excellent location and the atmosphere. Staff was always helpful and supportive. Although we booked dinner throughout our stay but there was not much options there probably because of the small amount of people. Meat supply on American bbq dinner was issue controlled manner we had to wait long time to eat grilled meet and forced me to finish my dinner eary.

Amazing stay at Hilton Bali Resort! The buffet breakfast was excellent, the facilities were fantastic, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We loved the peaceful and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of our stay was the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. All praises for this hotel. My kids are already asking to come back. Highly recommended!

Was upsold to room with sea view but there was a massive construction that I was not told about resulting in a worse view and more noise and this was an upsell resulting me being charged more money. At the check it I was told that I forgot that detail and they called me a liar pretty much. At least I was offered a free cab ride to the airport. Worth 1/4 of the upsell cost. The breakfast mind blowing so much variety you don’t know where to start I got excited until I started eating, the quality not that good dry croissants of the cheap quality, they had a barista that burnt the milk and never cleaned tools between coffees resulting into a burnt taste from the collection of reused grounds that were never even wiped off. Chia avocado mini bowls that tasted ok but had browning avocado on top and some wilted/moldy celery leaves. Beef bacon was dry and cold. Eggs fried in canola oil. Hotel rooms small and paid for king bed when I got queen. Even the music at the pool was bad an aftertaste of EDM remixed in a horrible way.

We stayed at Hilton Bali for a week during the November holidays, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the resort itself is set on a spacious beachfront property with plenty of areas to explore. I especially loved the poolside and beach areas. We would definitely stay here again.
