The rooms were clean but a bit too small for a family on five. The staff was helpful and nice. The facilities were nice and entertaining for the kids. The hotel restaurants were really, really slow and could benefit from better coordination. The prices are steep but the food was quite good.

That was one of the best holidays in our lives thanx to Hilton Bali Resort. The staff is so friendly and smiling, it warmed our soles and hearts. The room was beautiful and clean, we had a fantastic ocean view. The food was amazing, I think we put on several kilos during our stay 🙈 We enjoyed pools and the slide, and our children didn’t wanna leave and they already plan the next trip to this hotel! Thank you so much for your hospitality!! ❤️
