The property was very clean, warm, quiet, and located in a safe neighborhood. Located close to transit (bus and trolley), commuting to Nuremberg and the surrounding area was very convenient.

Ehrlich gesagt weiß ich bei dieser Bewertung gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll...1. geöffnete und vergammelte Lebensmittel in den Küchenschränken2. Kaffeetrester schimmelt3. Airfryer verdreckt4. Müll in den Mülleimern und sogar in einem Nachttischschrank5. Haare in einem Bett (offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogen)6. Gesamte Einrichtung wirkte wie vom Sperrmüll. Massiver Geruch nach Lack oder Heizöl im Hausflur7. Hausflur glich einem Abrisshaus8. Insgesamt machte die Wohnung nicht den Eindruck gereinigt worden zu sein.Vor allem für den gezahlten Preis eine Frechheit. Wir haben die Unterkunft nicht bezogen, sondern alle Mängel dokumentiert und dann eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gesucht. Diese Ferienwohnung ist eine absolute Abzocke!!!Für beinahe das gleiche Geld haben wir in der Nähe vier Einzelzimmer im Hotel bekommen. Aber so hat der Aufenthalt doppelt gekostet. Leider zeigt sich der Vermieter nicht einsichtig. Nicht mal eine Teilrückzahlung wurde angeboten. ABZOCKE!!!
