I chose this stay based on posted desciption and filters on Hotels.com. I was looking for a local stay-cation with a pool. The name of the hotel does not include the words "& Spa". The pool featured in their photos belongs to another business -- which costs $20/hour with no discounts for hotel guests. I immediately checked out.

Сотрудница ресепшена, которая не может найти нашу бронь. Другая сотрудница ресепшена, которая на вопрос "у вас в спа выдают полотенца?" приветливо отвечает "а вы там и спросите". Холодный малосъедобный завтрак, где всего понемногу и все уже остыло (и блин холодный, и яйцо, и глазунью, и колбаски гриль). Бассейн в спа с неработающим гидромассажем (как сказала сотрудница спа "когда-то работали, но это много лет назад было"). Ванная комната с черным грибком в плиточных швах.

Stop Over 때문에 하루 묵은 호텔입니다. 생각보다는 큰 호텔이더군요. 그런데 주위에 아무것도 없는 것이 좀. 공항에서 타고간 택시값보다 아침에 제공하는 공항 서비스는 두배이상 비싸네요. 그런데 호텔에서 쉽게 택시를 잡을 순 없었습니다.

Good choice for that price

This hotel would not get 4 stars in Europe. The breakfast was very poor and not very tasty. Another issue was that there was not option to get the hotel room warm as per the central heating is turned off in may (even when the outside temperature is around zero). The positive was that the room was big and clean. The hotel kitchen works 24/7.

청결함은 좋았으나 욕실 수조 배수가 잘 되지 않았고, 조식 부페는 그럭저럭이었음. 그러나 친절한 직원들과 도심과 공항 가까이 위치한 것은 충분한 장점임. 아, 호텔내 위치한 스파는 시간당 요금이 놀라울 정도로 비쌌으나 마사지 가격은 꽤 저렴한 수준임

Vi fick ingen egen nyckel till rummet. Varje gång man skulle in, tex efter frukost, måste man ned till receptionen, som skickade upp någon som öppnade. Fick aldrig någon förklaring. Ryktades om rädsla för prostitution. Frukosten var ingenting för västerlänningar. Inget riktigt bröd och inget pålägg. Gröna ägg och sötsaker. Vatten över hela golvet från duschen. De flesta anställda kunde inte engelska.

There are some serious issues with the quality of the construction of this hotel. Poorly fitted bathrooms, and even some dangerous finishes in the rooms themselves such as loose power plugs and rows of screws projecting from the floor flashings.

Overnight stay in Astana whilst in transit

The hotel was used as a stop over between flights in Astana. Its location was only 20 minutes drive from the airport allowing easy access to and from the city and close to this years 2017 Expo exhibition. The staff who all spoke English were friendly, making you feel relaxed when arriving and departing. The interior furniture design within the hotel is on a traditional Kazakhstan national style, including the furniture in the room. Cleanliness is one that I look for and this hotel met all expectations especially at the price, and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend the hotel for a short stay if you are looking for a location on a reasonable budget without paying a high price for putting your head down

nice, clean, quiet hotel

very nice and clean place, great restaurant, early breakfast at 3am without extra charge. We just stayed there to leave at 3:30am to the airport and it was perfect. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the fact that they did not have the correct change for a cash payment.

La situation de l hotel permet d aller rapidement au centre ville. De plus l aeroport ne se situe qu a un quart environ. Devant l hotel vous trouverez une station de bus. A 5 mn à pieds vous trouverez facilement des taxis locaux tres bon marche.
