Great to have a pool but quite a basic place to stay. By the looks of it the photos were taken quite some time ago as there’s no hammock & the door in the middle has been boarded up. The listing is misleading, it has 2 (not 3) bedrooms & 2 (not 3) bathrooms. The ‘kitchen’ is a fridge & freezer, nothing else - although there is a nice big dinning table outside to sit at. It’s certainly not a 3 min walk to the beach, more like 15 (initially down a dirt track), I took a screen shot of the location when I was there, & uploaded so you can see. We used Tuk Tuk’s a lot. The WiFi did work really well & there was AC in one of the rooms but just a fan in the other. There was a lack of hot water, out of 8 days it worked for 3 (with constant promises that maintenance were on their way to fix it but usually didn’t happen).

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans ce logement Ă  Zanzibar et notre expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© globalement dĂ©cevante.Points positifs : la piscine est agrĂ©able, le salon extĂ©rieur offre un bel espace de dĂ©tente, la literie est confortable, l’endroit est calme et nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la gentillesse du personnel Ă  l’accueil.Cependant, plusieurs points nĂ©gatifs ont fortement impactĂ© notre sĂ©jour :Coupures d’eau frĂ©quentes, rendant le quotidien compliquĂ©.Coupures d’électricitĂ© tous les soirs.PropretĂ© insuffisante Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.Climatisations non fonctionnelles.Serviettes de bain tachĂ©es et trouĂ©es.Mauvaise odeur persistante dans le logement.Jardin mal entretenu.PrĂ©sence de fourmis dans la chambre et de termites dans un meuble Ă©tagĂšre.La porte fenĂȘtre verrouillĂ©e.En rĂ©sumĂ©, malgrĂ© quelques atouts, ce logement manque clairement d’entretien et de confort pour justifier le prix demandĂ©. Nous espĂ©rons que des amĂ©liorations seront faites pour les futurs voyageurs.
