Mattress like a board. Kitchen - no cooking facilities (microwave and fridge only), one plate, no knives, no dishwashing equipment. Police came twice to check on disruptive tenants in another room. No fence at the rear of the rooms so anyone can enter from the street. Reception was unattended, even though we checked in and out during the posted maned hours.

The El Toro is an absolute dump. I highly recommend that this site be removed from all accommodation sites. Even the local Police said not to stay at the El Toro.

The El Toro is in Numurkah's main street close to the Numurkah Cafe which is open to 8.30 pm. The place is older but in good condition and the price is reasonable. What I really liked was the relaxed and efficient staff and the lack of fuss.
