I’ve stayed here three separate times and had great experiences each time. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and their remodeled rooms are very nice. They were very helpful at the front desk with helping me make a call and sending my luggage ahead to the next hotel. The view from my room was also amazing! I enjoyed seeing the tip of Mt Fuji very morning on a clear day from my room.
