The room and lobby were clean, and the hotel’s close proximity to Numazu Station made getting around very convenient. Breakfast featured some delicious local seafood, which was a great highlight of the stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Cocochee Hotel 3 times over the years. The staff is amazing and they are very nice, super easy check in and check out process. The location of the hotel is super near the train station and easy to navigate. The rooms are very clean and organized.

The hotel and my room in general was acceptable and the location was great. HOWEVER, the carpet in the room was so worn out and it smelled like people/pet peed on it. It felt awful when I stepped on it barefoot!! I would have given the hotel 3.3 to 4 stars if it were not for the carpet! Disappointing!

Cocochee staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, they provided excellent service in a great location of Numazu. Highly recommend to anyone, even if you don't speak Japanese. This is right next to the train and bus station as well, a very easy way to catch a 10min bus down to the fish market! Plenty of food and drinks within walking distance of the hotel as well.

This is possibly my favourite hotel ive stayed in. Incredibly comfortable great location and very reasonably priced. The staff are also fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area

Numazu's closest thing to Western Style Hotel

Con isn't location. Staff was friendly capable in English. Room was a good size for a Japanese hotel. Bed was a little firm. Despite being adjacent to Numazu train station, the train noise was well insulated. Needs English instructions for HVAC controls.

Clean Rooms, decent beds, small tight rooms

Rented two rooms for Two nights each. Both rooms were fine - clean, modern, but very tight. There's room for the bed, a TV Stand and thats about all. This is a very basic hotel. The lobby is plain, simple. Arrived to the hotel at 1:00 pm. The room was clean and ready but the staff did not allow us to use the room until 3:00pm, the official check in time. The hotel is fine. It's a bed and a place to have breakfast in the morning but nothing more. Located close walking distance to the train station.

Gem of a find. Location excellent, small but perfectly appointed room with all conveniences. Great restaurants nearby but beware, they allow smoking inside. Get a card from the hotel for 10% off or free drinks. Staff gênerally very helpful and friendly.

Very unclean room

Don't trust the pic you see on the webpage, the room is much smaller. What more disappointing is the room was very unclean. I saw dirt on the bed, mold inside the water boiler, very disgusting
