The “Villino del Sorriso” is located in a central area of the seaside town of Marcelli di Numana, within a small residential complex. The apartment is accessed through the living area, which features a modular kitchen equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, a table, a two-seater sofa, and appliances. There are two bedrooms: one with a double wrought-iron bed, a hand-painted Art Nouveau-style nightstand, and a closet; the other with a bunk bed featuring three beds that can be converted into a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, a large Cesana brand glass shower enclosure, a wall-mounted towel rack, and a hair dryer. All rooms have ceiling fans, as well as a central air conditioning unit with inverter-based heating and cooling functions capable of conditioning the entire apartment. In the garden, there are two spacious furnished porches, one of which is equipped with transparent panel curtains that allow it to be enjoyed even on rainy or windy days. Just a few meters from the house are the stops for the regular bus service and the free shuttles provided (from mid-June through the end of August) by the Municipality of Numana to reach all the beach resorts in the area as well as the center of Numana. Although the house is located in a central area, its setting is very peaceful, as it’s situated within a residence surrounded by trees and gardens that ensure privacy and quiet. Inside the residential complex, you can park your car in the parking space reserved for the vacation home; you won’t need your car for the duration of your stay—you can park it upon arrival and pick it up on the day of departure. You can easily enjoy the nearby beaches; the sea is 150 meters away from the house as the crow flies (a two-minute walk). The path to the beaches is convenient and easy to navigate, and near the house you can enjoy both public beaches (there are two) or, if you prefer, the equipped beaches (there are several, all with bars, and some with pizzerias, small restaurants, or play areas for children). Just a stone’s throw from the house, you can reach the boardwalk and from there take trails suitable for walking or biking.
