This modern holiday home is set in a large holiday park. There are 250 apartments in the park of which 80 are available for hire. The park offers various shared facilities like a big swimming pool, a paddling pool, a bar with outdoor seating, a tennis court, a football pitch, 9 hole golf course and during some of the year there even is an entertainment team. Besides all the activities the park has on offer, there are also a lot of things to do in the surrounding area. You can go to Marcelli (1 km) for your daily shopping. And the beach is at 500 meters. The house is situated in the stunning nature reserve of Monte Conero. One of the most beautiful parts of La Marche. The reserve is 5800 hectares and reaches up to 500 meters above sea level. As well as beautiful walks and stunning panoramic views this area has a rich diversity of flora and fauna. The seaside resorts of Numana and Sirolo (5 km) are very popular amongst Italians themselves. Portonovo is 18 kilometres to the north, here you'll find an old Napoleonic fort, now converted to a hotel. Highly recommended is Jesi, surrounded by the Medieval city walls from the 14th century.
