Ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen.Vermieter wohnt nicht im Haus und war telefonisch sehr schlecht zu erreichen.2. Wohnung im Haus! Die Bewohner haben einen kleinen Hund der sehr lebhaft ist. Reisetipps: Lidl + Kaufland in Umag sowie Rovinj vorhanden.Viele deutsche Produkte für Personen mit Allergien.Der Ort ist sehr gut für ältere Leute, auch mit leichten Gehbehinderungen zu empfehlen.

Sehr zentral, der Stadtstrand,...

Sehr zentral, der Stadtstrand, die Altstadt, der Hafen, auch Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Bäckerei) sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin, Deutsch sprechend, für den Fall, dass es notwendig ist immer erreichbar. Großzügige Wohnung für 5 Personen, schon der Eingangsbereich ist sehr einladend, sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Große Terrasse mit großem Tisch, Stühlen, Grill und Sonnenliege. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Gut ist auch, dass die Toilette und das Bad getrennt voneinander sind. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es sind in jedem Raum Jalousinen vorhanden, bei heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Die Bewohner im Untergeschoss sehr nett und hilfsbereit, haben immer einen Stellplatz für das Auto vor dem Grundstück frei gehalten. Die Parksituation in Novigrad ist nämlich eher schwierig. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
