Casa Rafael is a family house near Novigrad, a small charming tourist town on the west coast of Istria with nice beaches and a variety of sports and gastro offer.
The large amusement park Istralandia is only 5 km from the house. On its own enclosed property Casa Rafael offers two apartments, each with its own entrance, shared swimming pool of 40 sqm and a dining table for outdoor dining. Each apartment has a parking space.
Apartment Rafael 2 for 4 guests with 50 sqm consists of an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, kitchen, dining room, two double bedrooms and a shower/toilet.
Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
