On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 40 m2 welcomes you with a tiled stove and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this living space, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and elegant sleeping arrangement. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower room with WC.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and presents a second living and dining area with characterful sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 155 to 280 cm. This level hosts 2 additional bedrooms: one with sloping ceilings containing 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and another with sloping ceilings featuring a French bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second open kitchen on this floor is fitted with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates and a microwave. A second shower room with WC completes the upper level.
