stayed there 8 days on multiple reservations as we were dealing with issues in our apartment and had an unpredictable schedule. Staff was great in making the check out and check in process smooth. Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress. As mentioned before, hotel is quiet, room clean, othee guests were polite. Good convenient location.

Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!

We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here again!
