Decent property somewhat close to town

The property is very basic and the beds are not very comfortable. The price is fair, although I did find some nice hotels for a cheaper nightly rate when I actually got to Novalja. The air conditioning is very powerful but only sheets were provided, and it got quite cold at night. The property is located about a 15 minute walk from the main town and beach. The check in process is a mess. It is not listed on the ad that you need to arrive at the travel agency. I only found out when I had walked to the property and was drenched in sweat, but could not get in. Turns out the instructions where sent in a private message that I was not alerted to. The person at the agency argued with me over this when I arrived and did not make an efforts to make things right. I would not stay here again, but it was fine for a short trip.
