This cosy holiday apartment is located in Novalja on the island of Pag - in a quiet location and only about 300 metres from the sea. The house is situated in a well-maintained residential area, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, and offers a magnificent view of the sea. It is ideal for couples, small families or friends who want to enjoy the sun, relaxation and island life.



The 37 m² apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for up to four people. It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a single bed – as well as a bathroom with a shower. The open living and dining area is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes a cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, and crockery – ideal for self-caterers. An additional sofa bed provides space for another person.



From the furnished terrace (9 m²), you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Here you can start the day with a coffee or observe the sunset over the Kvarner Bay in the evening.



The house has a garden with seating areas, a sun terrace and barbecue facilities that guests are permitted to use. WiFi and parking are available free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed.



The location is perfect: In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the centre of Novalja with restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities. A supermarket and a bakery are located about 300 to 400 metres away. Various beaches – pebble, fine gravel and sandy beaches – are located within a radius of a few kilometres.



Around Novalja, you will find numerous leisure activities: Swimming, snorkelling, diving, sailing or boat trips are just as possible as parasailing, jet skiing or bungee jumping. Cycling and hiking along the coast or in the island's interior are also recommended.
