The hotel is a little tired looking, room was okay and clean. Location was near (about 7 mins drive, not walkable) to the Park and Ride for Nottingham City Centre, then an easy 25 mins tram journey in. Not sure if there was an easier method. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms were comfortable, didn’t like the Hugh step into the shower & Bath. Quite dangerous in the dark. Bar, parking and staff were all good. Breakfast choice and quality for £15.99 per person was quite limited.

Convenient location close to M1 (but not too close). Great car park (with several EV chargers) surrounded by trees. Huge reception with comfy sofas. Great check in by polite and efficient staff. Good size room with masculine decor. A little worn around the edges but very clean. The extremely firm bed suited us. We liked the views from the 4th floor (there were lifts). We used the hotel to break a long journey. The restaurant was slightly pricey, but our food was good. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

Great for a nights stay although the receptionist didn't have a clue about anything. ❌️ *No early check in as requested. *No twin beds as requested we got a double bed with two mattresses (which were not comfy at all) *No sockets next to the bed. ✅️ *easy access to many attractions *Easy parking *Lovely bar area *Very clean Definitely would stay again 👍

Wasn’t too impressed when arrived at the pre agreed early check in to be told that we may not be able to check in then minutes later handed keys - unnecessary stress at the start of our trip. Also very disappointed that friends of ours who had booked a room without breakfast were allowed to help themselves to a free breakfast buffet for two people to take up to their room whereas we had paid full price

The room had cob webs, bathroom flooring was cracked and broken. The flooring its self in the bedroom was awful and made of plastic, no decent size wardrobe its a slot at the side of the bed hidden and the kettle was hidden in the other slot of the bed on the other side. Table was marked and just awful. My TV was interrupted 2 times by someone sending there apple code to connect. This was a quick over night stay as a stop off. I will never stay here again. Also the prices for the food are crazy.. £16 for a sandwich is diabolical.

Carpets are thread bare in places both in corridors near the lift and also as you enter your room. Black silicone in the shower base and mirrors not cleaned properly. Breakfast was terrible, all very dry and un appealing. Fried eggs that had been under the headlamp so long they had turned to rubber, bacon you could resoul your shoes with. Holiday Inn far better and 1/3 the price. Didn't eat in the bar [ not restaurant] as the prices were very unreasonable. I have eaten in London hotels for less.
