unlikely to stay there again
Check in was impossibly slow (almost half an hour) when there was only one other person in front of me and even tho it was late at night. Then she forgot to take a deposit so we couldn’t sign anything to the room without waiting in line again after waiting to try to order food. Tried to get a snack and a drink on arrival (10:15) and menu was very limited and there was only one person working the bar, with about 40 people all trying to get something. It was chaos. Room was VERY average (3 star tops). Beds uncomfortable. Wokld not stay there again. Walls were paper thin and we could hear the Tv and conversation next door. Didn’t even make it to the pool because the hours weren’t great (closes at 7:30 in the weekends - even tho front desk said 10pm. Had promised my kid we would go after dinner only to discover it was closed). Also the change room was being renovated so to use the pool you wee told to take the elevator in your swimsuit. They told us to “use the robes In your room” if we wanted to use it, but there were no robes in our room. I’m really not sure how this hotel has such a high rating on hotels.com. It is more like a 3 Star overall. Wifi worked well so that’s a positive?
