Typical farmhouse from 1820 renovated 600m from the slopes of the Espace Diamant estate. Charming, calm & preserved natural setting (meadows & forest) 400m from the heart of the village resort. South hillside. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Exposed terrace with lots of sunshine. Pleasant view of the Crest Voland forest, Mont Charvin and the Dents de Cons. Possibility of renting all or part of the house's gîtes. Charming cottage in a typical renovated 1820 farmhouse, 600m from the slopes (vast Espace Diamant ski area with 185km of slopes). Olympic Nordic skiing site of Les Saisies is 12km away. Close to the renowned resorts of La Clusaz, Megève and Chamonix and the famous "country" of Mont-Blanc. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement à la montagne. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et très agréable à vivre, même à plusieurs.La cuisine est bien équipée, la literie est correcte, et le grand salon permet de vraiment se détendre après le ski. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : nous pouvions parfois rejoindre le tire-fesses de Notre-Dame à pied, ce qui est très appréciable.L’hôte était vraiment adorable, disponible et attentionné, ce qui a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.Seul petit bémol, sans être vraiment gênant : il arrivait que certaines odeurs remontent des canalisations. Rien de dramatique, mais cela mérite d’être signalé.Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec plaisir.
