The villa, which is spread across a single level covers 200 square meters, boasts elegant interiors with refined, contemporary design. Rental Roles:
Minimum stay 4 nights;
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00) upon request with extra charge of Euro 50.00
A security deposit of 1000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Important note: the tourist tax of 3.00 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 6 nights, to be paid at the check in time
