About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The apartment is located in a building from the 1950s that was completely renovated in 2019.

The entire property, built by the owner’s father, has been completely renovated and furnished from scratch. Nevertheless, it retains the charm of southern Italian bourgeois homes, with exterior features made of the typical Noto stone, while the original flooring has been preserved inside. Its location on Via Corrado Avolio makes it easy to reach the historic center without having to venture into the narrow alleys of the Baroque city. Entirely privately managed by the owner, the goal is to make guests feel right at home. Discreet, quiet, equipped with every comfort, and featuring spacious common areas perfect for socializing, reading, and relaxing.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.
Guests will find features like internet access.
