Rosmarino is a splendid Mediterranean style villa situated just a few steps from the sea in San Lorenzo, small but popular seaside resort that boasts one of Sicily's most beautiful beaches.

Surrounded by a well tended garden and large terraces with dining area and barbecue, this beautiful, cosy house has also a lovely roof terrace with Jacuzzi, that offers delightful sea views.

This newly-built villa features bright, cool rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind that include a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, two double bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The villa comes also with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower.

The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the close Vendicari nature reserve, but also from Taormina and Mount Etna's Park.

Fantastic House, Amazing Vacation

We stayed for a week at Villa Rosmarino at the end of August 2018. The house was absolutely gorgeous, very well decorated and pleasant. It was also super functional, with a great kitchen, appliances etc (including a much used espresso machine!). Our kids loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Corrado received us very well (despite our late arrival at the house) and was very pleasant throughout the stay. The house is only a few minutes walk from the rocky part of the San Lorenzo beach. I recommend walking to the sandy part (another 10 minutes or so). The San Lorenzo Lido is nice and we had a good lunch there. Better still, drive to the beginning of the Vendicari reserve and enjoy the beach there. Also, the old square at Marzamemi at night for dinner is unmissable. Very pretty town. I would highly recommend Villa Rosmarino.
