This villa is located just a few steps from a large, beautiful sandy beach. With views over the sea, terrace equipped with comfortable seating, private pool and rooftop terrace, the villa is ideal for a romantic getaway or a sea side holiday with the family. The property is close to the charming fishing village of Marzamemi and it is only a short drive distance away from the beautiful baroque towns of Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse, Noto and many others

The house develops over two floors.

On the ground floor, we find the living room with dining area and kitchen. The sleeping area consider of one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one normal double bedroom and one bedroom that can be either with two single beds or a double bed (by joining the two beds together). There is a second separate bathroom with shower.

On the first floor (accessed from the outside only), we find a 4th bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Here, we also have access to the outdoor terrace. The access is from the outside only. Here, we find the covered terrace with sun lounges, table and chairs, with a wonderful view of the sea.

Outside, the house is surrounded by more terraces, with comfortable seating, table and chairs for al-fresco dining, a private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open all year round)
