The House of Colors is a large 113 square meter apartment located on the ground floor of a modern building in the heart of Noto. This spacious accommodation has been designed to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably, making it ideal for families or groups who want to live an authentic experience in the beautiful Sicilian baroque city. The strategic location and large interior spaces guarantee a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The apartment is developed through functional and well distributed environments. The two bedrooms offer different accommodations to meet every need: the first has a double bed , while the second is furnished with a practical bunk bed , perfect for children or young guests. The living room represents the beating heart of the house, characterized by a modern and welcoming style, where a comfortable double sofa bed can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances, including an oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer , to prepare meals in complete autonomy. The two bathrooms complete the equipment of the apartment, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.
The accommodation is equipped with all the essential services for a comfortable stay in any season. The air conditioning system ensures the right climate during the warmer months, while the heating guarantees warmth and hospitality in the cooler periods. The Wi-Fi connection allows you to always stay connected to the outside world, both for work and to share the best moments of the trip. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 6 nights

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
