After a long day at the hospital we had decided not to travel to in the rain and dark so had booked this Hotel , so glad we did met by a lovely friendly young lady who welcomed us to the hotel , got our key and opened the door to a lovely large room on inspection it was clean and spacious checked bed sheets clean and felt just like home , mattress protector on which is a bonus not all hotels have these, the bathroom was fabulous you could eat off the floor the shower was a good size , the only let down it was cold on entry phoned reception was told comes on at 6pm ,once it did it was warm would have liked it on during the night has we had got very cold after a long day and we couldn't get warm in bed , going down to breakfasy met by welcoming staff who gave us awindow table and the breakfast was superb, eggs done choices very good bread was really lovely when toasted , after a traumatic day it was so nice to stay at a lovely friendly Hotel will recommend to friends and family especially a son who has just got into Golf .

All good, thanks for everything: polite staff,good service, clean room with a lovely view on golf course, refurbished bathroom (no hooks for towels), nice leisure centre (included in staying price) with steam room (good), sauna (wasn't warm enough for me), swimming pool (hot, can feel chlorine in air, needs cleaning, could sees flakes in water when swimming under water), nice jucuzzi. I feel relaxed after steam room, swimming and jucuzzi. Towels were provided. Actually only one thing I would charge in hotel and that's a very hard bed, will not recommend for long stay. We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast is quite expensive so we didn't go for it. Hotel restaurant offers traditional menu for lunch and dinner but we were away in nearby Red Lion pub Green 👑 ng's). We would stay in this hotel next time again 😊just for less nights. They have a beautiful golf course.

Very pleasant

Room was clean and well presented, didnt have breakfast so cannot comment. Staff friendly and informative, used swimming pool and sauna, spa well worth it. Its mainly for golf which makes it very busy. I will definitely stay again although i dont golf

Easy check-in, large comfortable bed, good walk-in shower. Surprised that there were no designated blue badge parking spaces. Both bedroom and bathroom could do with shelves or hooks for coats, towels, etc. Our upstairs neighbours made a lot of noise moving around, even during the night

Only one thing to say

Overall, we had a good time, only thing was the breakfast dish, plates came right after washed in dishwasher and it was extremely hot. There were few adult men in front and behind me also they struggled to hold for even a second. If there was a child, definitely they burnt themselves. Therefore I gave 3 stars for service. This can be easily improved.
