Perfect hotel for central Norwich. Theatre and shops 5 min walk. Main areas tastefully decorated. Spotless. Very calm feel. Reception quirky a private little office room off the side of entrance. Felt like we had stepped back in time. It had a little ding ding bell on the desk for attention. Felt like I was meeting the Bank Manager but don't change your uniqueness. I dread to think how you get on if you have a rush on though!
Parking £10 I understand why but great you let us leave our car there next day for as long as needed.
Our room spotless and very spacious with a massive telly. The bathroom fan extremely noisy like a jet engine I think you have a problem there but mercifully turned off as long as you avoided putting the light on.
We had wished you were serving evening meals. It spoilt our stay. We did not know where to go so ended up with a Burger King.
Breakfast a lovely quiet time. Only 2 other tables when we sat down. My full English took 45 mins to come sat with my one coffee offered to me, May I suggest putting a coffee pot on the side so we can help ourselves even a toaster. When my breakfast arrived was worth it. Freshly cooked, non greasy and very tasty.
When we come back which we will, I hope you will offer evening meals. All in all, Thank you St Giles for a lovely stay.

Nice central location. A bit shabby in places. Allocated accesible room which not asked for mean't sink mirror to low for me to do contacts. Breakfast very good and good choice.

Good location dated hotel
A good location for central Norwich with convenient car parking (£10 per 24hr). Hotel is quite dated + a bit shabby in places.
Our room was fairly clean but could do with some TLC.
We could hear music all night from somewhere nearby. It wasn't horribly loud but it was only a Tuesday night, so perhaps it's worse on weekends.
A fridge in the room would have been nice, but we appreciated the kettle/tea and coffee mugs.
Good size towels but the shower leaked all over the floor so they were used to mop that up.
Pillows are awful.

Staff were really great. Room (no 1) was fine, if a bit spartan (could have done with another chair for instance). The bathroom was rather tired, though, and water splashed under the shower door, so the floor became very slippery.

Genuinely could not have picked a better place to stay upon my return to Norwich. The staff were above and beyond, helping accommodate our stay and making us feel welcome

Bed comfortable and shower hot but room and bathroom very Spartan and def not welcoming and cosy. Room is crying out for some curtains - dreadful black blinds.
This hotel is amazing. It’s beautiful, the food and cocktails are great and the staff are brilliant. Genuinely the best service we have received in a very long time. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
