Overall the room was good, the show needs deep clean but usable. The kettle lead needs being made longer to reach the socket. Blinds and inside the windows could do with cleaning . Staff good, Lady that cleaned the room was really good she made swan figures out of bath towels, lovely touch. On the first morning of our stay cold breakfast was lacking fruit, glasses for fruit juice not great selection but on second morning much better with a wider variety. Car Park difficult to find. Car Park was scruffy bins overflowing, lots of debris. Was wondering at one point if my car would be safe parked there. Hotel is ideally located for shopping, theatres and city highlights.
