Lauren and Maria will be your hosts throughout your stay. If you need anything during your visit, we are always available by message, text, or phone.
Guest Access
The home has a private driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles.
Guests access the home using a secure lockbox. Please remember to return the key to the lockbox at checkout. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $150 lock replacement fee.
Other Things to Note
The Sanctuary is a historic home built in 1870, filled with more than 150 years of character. With that charm comes a few quirks. Floors may creak and doors may feel delightfully vintage.
We have blended that old-world atmosphere with modern comforts including high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, air conditioning, and laundry access so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low in the evening and avoiding large parties or events.

House Rules
• Registered guests only. Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed for safety and insurance reasons.
• No smoking of any kind. Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
• No parties or events. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially when arriving late in the evening.
• Please respect the artwork and decor. The home contains a curated art collection and historic pieces. Guests may not touch, handle, or move artwork or decorative items.
• Do not move furniture. Furniture and decorative items must remain in their original locations.
• No confetti or glitter. These materials are very difficult to clean and are not allowed inside the home.
• No tape, nails, or adhesives on walls. Decorations may not be attached to walls, doors, or furniture.
• Keys must be returned to the lockbox at checkout. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a $150 lock replacement fee.
• Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
