I love this place. When I am in town I try always to stay here. Great staff always ready to help, wonderful woman works at the cafe andakes great meals, cleaning staff have greatly improved, Fabulous restaurant just a short walk away also near Italian restaurants, free washer and dryer. And a Dunkin Donut soon coming across the street. Nice fireplace in a large, comfortable lobby. I won't stay anywhere else in the Norwich area.

This hotel is one of the best and cleanest we stayed in . Very comforting and well kept . We have stayed there before and was so impressed, we chose it again . The staff was great and the gentleman who greeted us upon arrival and departure was very friendly and professional. I am sorry I didn’t get his name but his initials are S.Y.S. as stated on the hotel invoice . When needed again, we will definitely stay there .

The outside of the hotel was a little run down. I was a little worried about what we booked. Once we walked in, the lobby was clean and modern and the room was nice. They offered cookies, hot cocoa and for members, bottled water.
