Inside, the hut combines cosy character with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax beside the log burner, enjoy the warmth of underfloor heating and wake up surrounded by the peaceful Cheshire countryside. There’s a comfortable double bed, private bathroom with shower and a compact kitchenette for preparing drinks, breakfast and simple meals.
Step outside into your own private garden with outdoor seating, fire pit — ideal for morning coffee, an evening drink or sitting around the fire as the sun goes down.
The hut sits within the grounds of Oakwood Marina, with waterside walks straight from your doorstep. Guests can also enjoy our onsite café, with pizza and drinks available on selected evenings.
Despite the peaceful setting, you’re ideally placed for exploring Cheshire. Delamere Forest, Knutsford and Chester are all within easy reach, making the hut a great base for countryside walks, days out or simply doing very little at all.
