Clean room but first had a room with no towels, no fridge and burn holes in the blankets. We were moved to another room but that fridge didn’t work. I am just glad it was a clean place. Has a small pool and hot tub but there were no towels in the area and the hot tub had water in it but the jets didn’t work.

Paid close to 200 for two nights and the ac didn't work! Luckily we got a new room but there weren't any bath towels, only could get hand towels and wash cloths to dry!!. The hot tub jets weren't working. I won't ever stay here again

I wish I had never booked there it look like a horror movie in the rooms they wanted me to stay in .No amenities at all the refrigerator didn't work no microwave. Ceilings falling in tub/shower looks look you will need a doctor after I never seen a place so nasty in my life. I had to go to my sister's to shower . Staff no help at all but driving Bentley truck and BMW care but hotel is not up to part.SAVE YOUR MONEY RUNAWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL NE SORRY

So the room was in very bad condition but sheets were clean so we thought it would be fine. Only 1 bath towel but the evening desk clerk - who was very nice - gave us some extra hand towels. The next day, when checking out, I told the desk clerk they had quite a bit of maintenance in that room and he got snotty and rude. Told me we had had 3 people but only booked for 2 (it was through Hotels.com and my office so I'm not sure what happened) but that's ok because they would be happy not to have us back.

me & my family used to come here pretty often however over the years, the quality had diminished. i originally booked a 2 queen bed room, when i got to my room there was paint & dust everywhere as if they were remodeling & the toilet didnt work. i went to switch the room out & she put me in a single king bed room. so i went again to switch the room & thats when i got the double queen room i requested. however there was still paint & dust everywhere. & the freezer was broken as well. the jacuzzi also wasnt working. this hotel used to be my favorite. it was both affordable & nice inside, but i do not think i will come back for a while.

The room was fine other than the mystery socks scattered in the corners of the room. A guy offered my friend & I weed in the lobby. After we politely refused, he then proceeded to tell us incoherent stories about his uncle in Vietnam. There was also a guy throwing rocks at cars in the parking from a window on one of the upper floors of the hotel. I wouldn't say its a bad hotel, but certainly very bizarre. The vending machines were also broken. People seemed like they were really enjoying the pool.
