Steer Away!

Please do not stay here! This is a hazardous facility! We booked two rooms, the hallway was absolutely un breathable same as the rooms! Including MOLD ON THE WALLS! This place is not suitable and it’s a hazard to ppl.

I liked nothing. I switched rooms four times. Condom wrapper was found on my initial room floor. Blood spatter on several walls in a room. Smoke detectors beeping. Domestoc dispute in the hallway one of the nights. All kinds of hair over the floors. Each room I went in had a damp, unpleasant odor. Key card wasn't needed on multiple exterior doors.

Cheap shouldn't mean dirty.

Being surprised by a 50.00 CASH deposit on check in when nothing was posted on the website was disturbing. I don't usually carry cash anymore and it was most inconvenient! The room was ok, but the hallway was filthy and smelled of marijuana! Likewise the parking lot. I will avoid it in the future.

I feel the place could have been cleaner, smelled better, pillows weren't all lumpy, be nice to have an elevator to get to your room rather than having to do all that walking.

Upon check-in, the man at the front desk said I must pay a $50 desposit in cash only. I never have heard of that before and I rarely have cash on me. Then when I finally get to the room there was no remote at all for the tv. I asked for a remote only to find out the remote doesn't work at all for the tv. He did not know what else to do to help me or make it right. Then later noticed ants around the bed frame and a few other random bugs on the carpet. Absolute disappointing experience, even for the price.

After 2 room changes, both unsatisfactory. First room had water in fridge that may have been due to freezer defrosting and water on floor. The 2nd room had missing shelf sitting on top of fridge and could not close or lock door unless you played with it. Once we got the door to lock we couldn't get back into our room. Had to get manager again. They offered us a third room and we decided to go to another hotel. Manager was trying to be accommodating, but didn't feel safe there. This place needs a lot of TLC.
