Many issues

The first room we got had a leak in the ceiling. We called to get another room and instead of taking care of it right away, the front desk told us "I have to call someone." We did get another room, but we asked for two more pillows. There were only two in the room. The front desk told us they didn't have any more. The second room was clean and no issues, other than the pillows.
