Beautiful, Comfortable and Clean

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was airy and beautifully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised. I requested early check-in. The room seemed okay but then I noticed housekeeping didn't spread the bed. Probably they failed or forgot - it was neatly covered by the comforter. I responded to a text asking how was my stay so far, stating what I saw. Immediately the team worked to correct the issues. New linens were provided, bed was made. No excuses, no delays. The bed I thought would be uncomfortable, since it was a bit soft to my liking. I ended up getting very restful sleep. Love it! One suggestion is to have a few recycle bins visible. I didn't see any during my stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amanda and Michelle, and front desk staff.

This hotel was good nothing too much spectacular about it. The breakfast was okay not many choices. The staff were friendly. I’ve been too way better with better amenities but again it wasn’t too bad..7/10..

Fabulous staff

After a long drive to IN from AZ, we were tired. The desk staff checked us in - were exceptionally friendly and helpful and helped us to try and straighten out a computer PROBLEM created through HOTELS.COM website repeated crashing when registering..They (Munster Hampton Inn staff) have been gracious and informative. I wish all hotels and motels were as well run and clean as this one. Now if only Hotels.com gets their act together. If you are in this area ... STAY HERE!!!

Don’t like that they do room service every other day. Something was spilled in the elevator and they just put a wet sign and left it there for hours. Took forever to check in because nobody was at the desk.

There were no glasses or cups in the room. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room. I usually bring my own but there is always one in every other hotel we stay in so this time I left mine home. Mistake! The faucet in the bathroom was loose and difficult to turn off and on. Otherwise we like the Hampton and have stayed in this particular one a number of times.

I've stayed at this hotel before. I had no problems checking in. Able to use digital key. Breakfast is included and it's reasonable. The hotel is near highway entrance. Targets, Walgreens, Jewell stores are nearby. Plenty of near restaurants to choose from.
