Bed was lumpy. Alarm went off and scared me. I was unable to get back to sleep. Room was clean, bathroom was clean! I was told I could do an early checking but when I arrived, I couldn’t. Finally checked in at 2:00pm. Reception area is nice, and receptionist was very nice.

The breakfast was repetitive. The oatmeal was fresh the first day but after that water was added and the oatmeal was heated and served. However, by the thirid or fourth day it was so dry I didn't want to eat it. I mention to the employee on staff that it was glad to have fresh oatmeal because the day before was awful. Amanda was amazing and my check-in was great. The housekeepers were very friendly only issue was breakfast lady. She stared at us like we was a problem and was rude to my children. We checked out and the lady that checked us out called me cause one of my twins left headphones in the room. I came back to get them. Our stay was great but the breakfast lady.

Room was clean, hotel looked good inside and out. Staff upon check in was really courteous and seemed happy to be there. Breakfast was fine, chicken sausage really. Only 1 negative we had was upon leaving and clearing snow from the car was the employee on break smoking Marijuana in the parking lot like it was nothing. That was the only negative and that would not effect me from staying there again if in the area.
