The good: staff here are nothing short of amazing. I watched them be kind, caring and compassionate to EVERY guest. The room was extremely clean and roomy. The bad: this could just be a personal thing, but I did not find the bed to be comfortable. The ugly: $4 to wash AND $4 to dry one load of laundry is a bit excessive. Seriously though, the front desk staff can't be beat.
