Welcome to the one and only award-winning Chameleon House -- a 32-foot-high, 9-level modern-industrial masterpiece designed by San Francisco’s renowned Anderson Anderson Architects. This published, trophy-worthy home is unlike anything else, both an architectural landmark and a living work of art. The innovative translucent polyethylene siding reflects and mimics the surrounding landscape and sky, transforming with the seasons. Inside, warm birch wood panels soften the sleek steel construction.

The driveway can accommodate about 3 cars. Street parking is not permitted.
The interior is arranged vertically and each level consists of one room with each room linked by stairs and stair landings. Industrial tread and railings make up the stairs. The thoughtfully tiered layout includes a primary suite, two guest bedrooms and baths, plus a private loft office with its own bath on the 8th floor. Ascend to the 9th level rooftop deck for breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, and Manitou Islands.
