The service is very poor. Breakfast is just coffee and a piece of cake. There is no coffee in the room or even in the hotel after breakfast.

Nice Stay

I would recommend staying for a short or long stay rooms kept clean, you have your own kitchenett to cook, great Staff, control your own air conditioning or heat in your room plenty of store and shopping with mall close by very convenient.

The rooms are clean good housekeeping staff very friendly. The whole staff very helpful and professional. Temperature was great with self control air conditioning in your room yourself. Complimentary breakfast consist of muffins, oatmeal, grain bars, tea, hot chocolate nothing fancy just something to get your morning started, but you can always cook your own food, if you visit here ask for Milan he gives the best customer service. Thanks to the whole staff for great service

My stay was very good it was a business extended stay. The whole staff was excellent but one staff member stood out giving above and beyond service and I want to personally thank Milan for making my stay extremely comfortable so if you visit here ask for Milan he will make your stay even more comfortable like home,if I visit again I hope Milan is working always ready to greet you with a warm smile ready to help and pleasant conversation thank you again.🙂 The General Manager Sushma Baral Dahal is also available when needed and that's a plus thank you I would refer others if they are looking for place to stay in the area or visiting. 🙂

The General Manager Sushma Baral Dahal and the whole Napoleon staff are very pleasant,polite and kind they will do everything in there power to make you feel like you are at home. All the men and females working house keeping much appreciation for all you do to make your visitors stay here nice. For a short stay or long stay I would recommend, I had an extended stay for a work assignment and my stay was great. Loved my view from my room right across from mall.
