They locked my hotel room key due to the deposit not going through which ended up leaving my fiancé with our now cold food out in the cold, when the hotel could have just called me since they do have my contact information to resolve the issue. Along with the having to wait in the lobby for me to get my room key “unlocked” another customer was wanting a refund due to their room not even having curtains over their windows. I will not be returning to this location for these reasons

The property has not been updated in a long time but the staff is friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable!. Lots of traffic noise if you are sensitive to that. I slept well. I cant afford much so it was great for my needs.

Don’t stay here, this place needs to be gutted and redone from top to bottom. Everything is old and run down from the furniture to the building itself. If I hadn’t pre booked while on my super long roadtrip, I would have definitely left immediately. Roaches, old rug, old/broken furniture, dirty walls, curtains are older than me, lamps are broken/rusty or not working at all. Etc. The one and only good thing was the attendant when I arrived was friendly. I was so disgusted with the place that I didn’t even consider eating the “free” breakfast. When it was time to check out, there wasn't any staff to be found, even as I yelled out hello, hello? Stay away from this place unless you are used to staying at seedy motels.

It was a really big room, and clean. They staff were nice. Only issue I had was the fitness area was not up to par. None of the equipment worked. They need to get rid of it. Other than that my stay was great.
