The room was old, outdated, the bed was creaky, housekeeping did a poor job cleaning, there were ants. The location was not convenient to anything and the bar they advertised had limited hours or was not open at all.

The heater did not work in the first room; we were moved to a second room. The room is worn and dated: chrome finish on plumbing is worn to absent. The bathtub "floor" (in BOTH ROOMS) was scratched -porcelain looked like vehicle tracks! The furniture is worn and scratched The fake leather material covering a chair (again, IN BOTH ROOMS) was worn and "chipped" away. Loud music and noise from a party kept us awake until 11:30 PM. The facility is not secure since the outer door card-key didn't work and the door was propped open with a rock. (at least three doors!) Morning "breakfast" was a joke: at 8AM there was 2 tiny pastries, 1/2 doz stale bagels. and some potatoes, ugly and unattractive egg things, and toast and 2 kinds of cereal. The room charge approx $300 per night is usurious.You have an unjustifiable facility.

This was a terrible experience, it would have been worse if we had decided to stay even one night but we cancelled our two night reservation even though we did not have another place to stay. Mr. Jagannath Sharma, the general manager tried his best to find us a decent room but every room (4) had significant issues. One had a broken exterior window, another had a loose and dangerous electrical outlet in the bathroom, two of them had dead bugs in the bathroom light fixture, another one the dead bolt lock did not work. The issues went on and on until after 2 hours we gave up. DO NOT Plan to stay at this hotel, there are much nicer places for less money very close by.

The room was nothing like the photos. Never saw bar, electric plate cover missing, no pictures on wall, no lamps. The pillows got the king bed were like square couch pillows, I had to stand on a chair to fix the curtain so it would close, the tub had no stopper, had to us a K-cup for a stopper so wife could take a bath and the most important thing the hair dryer did not work. Not a happy wife. Told front desk about everything. Did not say sorry or anything, shows how much they care.

Either the buisness is struggling to survive or ownership doesn't want to spend money on it. The furniture in the room was in poor condition, the old fashioned spring matress bed was noisy every time you turned over, the toilet cistern would not refill after use when the room above was using the shower and it was also un-flushed by the last occupant before we took the room, the curtains were torn. Everything about it was "dated" and needed freshening up.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The outside doors didn’t lock, so anyone could walk into the hotel. The hotel is some what renovated: older furniture, grout missing in bathroom floor, horrible paint job in the hallway. Overall good stay, glad we were only there for 1 night

People partying in the hallway for hours at 2AM. Yelling and screaming, hitting doors, slamming doors, cursing. I called front desk and they said they’d take care of it but never did. Horrible experience

Floors were dirty and old, need replacing. Bathroom floor was dirty and in disrepair. Large 1 inch gap under main door to hallway. Paint peeling off many doors and walls down hallway. Pool was green with algae and unusable. Exterior doors to parking lot did not close and lock. Overall…yuck! I tried to get help from Hotels.com but no luck. Only an AI reply recommending 3 local hotels, including the one I was complaining about. So frustrating!!

Rooms were fine, facilities were fine, nothing to write home about. Luckily it was only a 1 night stay. Toilet clogged, called to get it fixed but no one picked up. A few outlets in the room and if there was one it was being used. Really bad lighting in the rooms.
