Room was adequately air conditioned. Bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. Noise level was acceptable, especially for proximity to the highway. There were still some hairs on the bathroom floor from the last guest or perhaps from the cleaning person and there was a bug (perhaps a juvenile cockroach) lingering near the bathroom sink. The linens seemed freshly washed but the towels didn't.

One of the air conditioners was not working well enough to cool the room. And one of the comforters needed laundered because there was a questionable stain on it. There were several rooms housing long-term individuals. They were grilling in the parking lot. We've stayed here for several years now and it just appeared a little run down. The location is great. There is shopping and restaurants close by.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, comfortability, and affordability of my room. I had never stayed at a Red Roof before, but I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was the absolute worse. rooms smell like smoke, sheets were stained towels were stained tub a disgusted. Microwave was broken. Lamps were broken, and sink. nowhere to charge your electronics telling staff wasn’t very helpful They won’t refund you just change you to another room smell a little better, but still the same results.

I had a great experience with the employee working the front desk, so I gave 5 stars for that experience. However, I was really disappointed in the experience overall, so much so I didn't even stay at all. I booked this hotel because from the photos online, it looked well maintained, the rooms looked great, and overall it looked like a fine place to stay for a few days. When I pulled up to the location I saw that the hotel looked very run-down, I struggled for probably 5 minutes to even open the door because it was jammed, and then when I came into the room, part of the ceiling was falling apart, there was a huge crack in the shower, small yellow-brownish stains all over the sheets, and overall just was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I just felt it was unprofessional to present this hotel one way, and then when I showed up I didn't know if I was even at the right place. It felt like false advertising.

The king-size bed was big and spacious, which I liked; however, there were a few issues I had with the hotel, the following include: • AC/heating unit being dirty and unsure of functionality • Bathroom and bedroom showed signs of damage, broken fire alarm, and uneven flooring • Stained bed sheets • Unprofessional housekeeping • Furniture old/damaged • A bit cramped since there was no closet • Poor lighting • Key cards for the room would work for a day or two then would need to get it fixed again • Noisy all times of the night from other guests

Comfortable bed , clean room, when tv didn't work, clerk came quickly and fixed it. The next morning, when I went to check out, I asked for a copy of my bill so I can be reimbursed, The clerk on duty said he could not give me one, that I would see it on my email. Six days later, I have YET to see any notice in my email. Perhaps the stay will be free.... I will check my credit card bill later...
